Instructions for Muffin Fundraiser

You are responsible to pick up your own muffin mixes and make them. Getting a parent
involved may be a good idea. You can also make them from scratch if you choose. We find that you are able to sell between 7-8 Dozen muffins. It may be best to make them at home, but if you choose to make them at church, you must clean up the kitchen to perfection. Also, the kitchen does not have all the pans and supplies you may need to work with, so you will need to bring these things from home.

The morning of…
Put up signs to make sure people remember you are doing this.
Set up tables for people to sit at
Set up the muffin area that you will use to sell from.
Decorate a little helps draw attention.
Have napkins to put the muffins on.
Have a container for money that you collect.
Be ready to sell by 9:15– until 10:45… and then again from 11:45– 12:15.

During the morning…
Smile and be engaging… talk to the people.

When done…
Give the money to Joanie, Guy or Val
DO NOT leave money on Joanie’s desk *
she will get the money into your account.
Clean up the area and put all moved furniture away

* If you can’t find Joanie, Val, or Guy - take the money home with you and bring back on Sunday night or Wednesday.
